A: Our travel fee ranges from $50.00 to $150.00, and each signature incurs a $5.00 fee.

Q: What type of Job is this?

This job opening is for a work-from-home Customer Service agent (call center) position as an Independent Contractor (1099). Once you complete the interview, onboarding process, background check, and assessment, you will be employed by our Firm.

​

Following this, you will have the opportunity to choose from available Fortune 500 companies to work with, undergo their training, and then manage your own schedule as their Client Service Partner (CSP) under our firm, handling inbound and/or outbound calls.

​

Q: Who's Eligible for the WFH Job Opportunities?  

A: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, not reside in any of the following states (list provided below), pass a nationwide background check, successfully complete an assessment, work a minimum of 15 hours per week, undergo unpaid training with our clients, and possess the necessary personal equipment.

Q: What is a Independent Contractor?

A: Independent contractor is...

  • An independent contractor is an individual that provides services to another entity under the terms specified in a contract.

  • Unlike employees, independent contractors are not considered employees of the company they work for.

  • Independent contractors have more control over how they perform their work, including setting their own hours and using their own equipment.

  • They are responsible for paying their own taxes, obtaining their own benefits, and managing their own business expenses.

  • Independent contractors are hired for a specific project or period and are not entitled to the same benefits and protections as employees, such as health insurance or paid time off.

  • Businesses often hire independent contractors to fill temporary or specialized roles without the long-term commitment of hiring a full-time employee.

Q: Will taxes be withheld each pay period? 

A: No, as you are a 1099 Independent Contractor, we will not deduct taxes. You are accountable for managing your tax payments.

Q: Do I need my own Equipment? 

A: Yes, Equipment Requirements... 

  • Operating system: Windows 10 and up

  • Hardwired internet (wireless prohibited)

  • USB headset (no wireless)

  • CPU speed: Intel core i5 or better/Dual core 2.5Ghz or better

  • Not accepted: macbooks, chromebooks, and i3 devices.

  • All-in-one computers are now ACCEPTED

Q: Do Gardner provider agents with equipment? 

A: No, however here is a servicing company that offers financing options that has everything you need. 

​

Q: What if I don't pass the assessment?  

A: We won't be able to reset and test you again for 30 days. Please avoid over analyzing your assessment questions and ensure there is no background noise during the process.

​

Q: How long is unpaid Training?

A: The training duration can vary from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the client. You will receive all training details prior to choosing the Opportunity.

Q: Why is WFH Training unpaid? 

A: Independent Contractors undergo training unpaid, as they are not classified as employees. 

​

Q: Why is there a Training Fee? 

Training class fee that ranges between $20.00 to $30.00, must be paid 7 days before the training class starts. SOME clients reimburse this fee after completing the first 3 days of training. Payment is necessary to secure your spot in the class, as seats fill up quickly. If they Client doesn't rembure, Gardner will on your first paycheck as long as you complete the entire training.

Q: What are the training hours? 

A: Each client sets their own training hours. Here are some examples of what clients could offer. 

Monday - Friday 

  • 9am - 1pm EST (4 hour class) 

  • 9am - 3pm EST (6 hour class) 

  • 2pm - 6pm EST (4 hour class) 

  • 4pm - 10pm EST (6 hour class) 

  • 6pm - 10pm EST (4 hour class)

Q: How many hours can I work? 

A: If hired, you will work as a 1099 Independent contractor under Gardner & Associates Firm, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week. Feel free to create your own schedule and work the hours that suit your needs and preferences.

Q: What's the hourly wages for the WFH opportunity? 

A: Each client sets their own hourly rates. If you're interested in a job, feel free to reach out to us for more information on the hourly wage. Hourly Rates range between $11.00 and $18.00 per hour. 

​

Q: Why do is 50.00 deducted each pay period? 

A: There is a $50.00 usage fee deducted directly from your earnings twice a month (on the 1st and the 15th). This fee includes access to Fortune 500 companies, technical and general support, the Gardner Client Portal, and the flexibility to set your own work schedule. Which is the on deduction from each pay period. 

 

Q: When will I be paid?

A: Payment is scheduled twice a month, on the 1st and 15th, exclusively through Direct Deposit.

Q: What are the hours of the call center? 

A: The operating hours vary depending on each client's operations. Before choosing a client, you recieve information about their specific operational hours. 

  • Examples of operating hours include:

    • 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

    • 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

    • 24/7

Q: Can I work with more than one client at a time? 

A: Yes, however we kindly request that you finish training with your initial client before taking on additional clients within the first 60 days. This ensures your success and comprehension of the platform. 

​

Q: There are no client opportunities available! Why? 

A: Clients post opportunities at random intervals. If there are no postings, it indicates that no clients are currently seeking agents. This opportunities can be filled and remove within minutes, hours, or days. Therefore, remember to regularly check your the platform and accept jobs quickly. 

​

Q: IS there a fee for the background check? 

A: Yes, there is a $$30.00 fee to complete your background check. This fee is non-refundable. Once background check is processed can completed it will remain active for 3 years. 

​

Q: Can I refer someone to become an Agent?

A: Absolutely, please advise them to fill out the Application and ensure they mention your name as their referral for you to be eligible for a Company Incentives once they have received their first paycheck.
