Q: Who is the One-Day Business Reset for?
A: This service is ideal for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent contractors who feel overwhelmed, disorganized, or stuck and need clarity, structure, and direction.

Q: Is the One-Day Business Reset virtual or in person?
A: The One-Day Business Reset is conducted 100% virtually via a secure video platform.

Q: What will I receive after the session?
A: You will receive:

  • A customized action plan

  • Clear next steps and priorities

  • Business organization recommendations

  • Templates, tools, or resources (as applicable)

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
A: Yes. After booking, you will complete a short questionnaire to help tailor the session to your business needs.

A: Pricing is provided at the time of booking. Full payment is required to secure your session date.

Q: Is this a coaching or consulting service?
A: This is a consulting-based service focused on practical solutions, structure, and implementation—not motivational coaching.

Q: Are refunds offered?
A: Due to the preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice.

Work From Home - FAQ's 

Q: What type of Job is this?

A. This is a work-from-home Customer Service (Call Center) position as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

 

After successfully completing the interview, onboarding process, background check, and assessment, you will contract under Gardner & Associates Firm, LLC. You will then be able to select from available Fortune 500 client opportunities, complete their required training, and manage your own work schedule as a Client Service Partner (CSP) handling inbound and/or outbound calls.

Q: Who's Eligible for the WFH Job Opportunities?  

A: To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Pass a nationwide background check

  • Successfully complete an assessment

  • Work a minimum of 15 hours per week

  • Complete unpaid client training

  • Provide required personal equipment

  • Not reside in any of the non-servicing states listed below

Non-Servicing States:
New York, New Jersey, Vermont, California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Maryland, District of Columbia, Connecticut, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, Oregon.

Q: What is a Independent Contractor?

A: An Independent Contractor is an individual who provides services under a contractual agreement rather than as an employee. Independent Contractors:

  • Are not company employees

  • Control how and when work is performed

  • Use their own equipment

  • Are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses

  • Do not receive employee benefits such as health insurance or paid time off

Q: Will taxes be withheld each pay period? 

A: No. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, taxes are not withheld. You are responsible for managing and paying your own taxes.

Q: Do I need my own Equipment? 

A: Yes. All agents must supply their own equipment.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Windows 11 or newer operating system

  • Hardwired internet connection (wireless not permitted)

  • USB headset (no wireless headsets)

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 or better / Dual Core 2.5GHz or higher

  • Dual monitors required by most clients

Not Accepted: MacBook's, Chromebooks, Intel i3 devices,  All-in-one computers

Q: Do Gardner provider agents with equipment? 

A: No. However, we can refer you to a third-party vendor that offers financing options for required equipment.

Q: What if I don't pass the assessment?  

A: If you do not pass, you must wait 60 days before retesting. Please ensure a quiet environment and avoid overanalyzing questions during the assessment.

Q: How long is Training?

A: Training length varies by client and typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks. Training details are provided before you commit to an opportunity.

Q: Why is there a Training Fee? 

A: A training fee ranging from $50–$75 is required and must be paid 7 days before training begins to secure your seat. Some clients reimburse this fee after you complete the first three days of training.

Q: What are the training hours? 

A:  Training hours are determined by each client. Examples include:

Monday–Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (4 hours)

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (6 hours)

  • 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST (4 hours)

  • 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (6 hours)

  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (4 hours)

Q: How many hours can I work? 

A: Contractors must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. You may set your own schedule based on availability provided by each client.

Q: What is the hourly pay?

A: Hourly pay is set by each client and typically ranges from $10.50 to $18.00 per hour. Contact us for details on specific opportunities.

Q: Why is there a usage fee deducted from my pay? 

A: A usage fee is deducted twice monthly (1st and 15th). This fee covers:

  • Access to Fortune 500 clients

  • Technical and general support

  • Gardner Client Portal access

  • Scheduling flexibility

Q: When will I be paid?

A: Payments are issued twice a month (1st and 15th) via Direct Deposit only.

Q: What are the hours of the call center? 

A: Call center hours vary by client. Examples include:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • 24/7 operations

Q: Can I work with more than one client at a time? 

A: Yes, as long as you are not actively in training with another client.

Q: Why are no client opportunities available?  

A: Client opportunities are posted at random and can fill quickly—sometimes within minutes. If none are listed, it means no clients are actively seeking agents at that time. Please check the platform regularly.

Q: Is there a fee for the background check? 

A: Yes. The background check fee is $75.00 (non-refundable). Once completed, it remains valid for 3 years.

Q: Can I refer someone to become an Agent?

A: Yes. Referred applicants must list your name on their application. You become eligible for incentives once the referral is hired, completes training, and receives their first 2 paychecks.
